EMANUELE DOTTO (RFWU Bonn): Witt vectors, polynomiality, and the dihedral fixed-points of THH
Abstract
I will give a description of the components of the dihedral fixed-points
of real topological Hochschild homology in terms of Witt vectors,
analogous to the calculation of Hesselholt and Madsen of the components of
TR. The Witt vectors functor on commutative rings admits extra functoriality
with respect to polynomial maps, that I will use to describe the
multiplicative transfers from cyclic to dihedral fixed-points of THH.
This is joint work with Moi and Patchkoria.
