Adela Zhang (University of Copenhagen): Universal differentials in the bar spectral sequence

Abstract

The synthetic analogue of the bar construction controls the universal differentials in the bar spectral sequence of algebras over spectral operads. This can be viewed as a deformation of Koszul duality of algebras. I will explain the construction and work in progress with Andrew Senger on identifying the universal differentials, which will shed light on the mod p homology and Lubin-Tate theory of labelled configuration spaces via a theorem of Ben Knudsen.
