Topics: Singular cohomology and cup-product, Poincaré duality, mapping spaces and fibrations, Eilenberg-MacLane spaces and Postnikov towers, representability of cohomology, the Blakers-Massey theorem, Steenrod operations.
Prerequisites: Content of the lectures 'Introduction to Geometry and Topology' and 'Topology I': point set topology, fundamental group, covering space theory, CW-complexes, singular homology, higher homotopy groups
