Using of the Unicode character U+0301 (COMBINING ACUTE ACCENT) is the only grammatically correct way to show the stressed syllable in a Russian word. Unfortunately (because of low literacy level) many people use capitalized vowel letters as poor man's stress-mark (see an example here). The Correct Russian Accent client side script lets you never see such a capitalized vowel again.
