Dr. David Schrittesser
I currently work at the Hausdorff Center for Mathematics at the University of Bonn, Germany. I am doing a PostDoc here with Stefan Geschke. Before that, I worked and did my PhD at the KGRC and at the Technical University in Vienna.
Research Profile
I work in the field of set theory; my research interests are forcing axioms, large cardinals and (mostly descriptive) set theory of the real line. I'm also interested in philosophy, especially philosophy of science.
Teaching
- I'm teaching a graduate seminar together with Peter Koepke and Phillip Schlicht, with the goal of working through Paul Larson's book about stationary tower forcing.
- I'm also teaching an exercise class for the course Models of Set Theory II. Problem sets for this class can be found here.
