I graduated in Rome at La Sapienza with the supervision of C. De Concini and P. Papi in September 2004. In January 2005 I started a Ph.D. program in mathematics at the University of Padova under the supervision of A. Tonolo.

Zelevinsky was my external supervisor and I spent half of the program at the Notheastern University of Boston.

I defended my Ph.D. thesis the 29th of April 2008 in front of B. Keller, S. Bazzoni, P. Papi and A. Zelevinsky.

From April 2008 to March 2010 I had a post-doc position in Padova. From March 2010 to March 2011 I had a post-doc position in Rome. From August 2011 I have a post-doc position at the Department of Mathematics of Bonn University.
