The course is going to concentrate on the closure of the Suslin cardinals below there supremum and can serve as a first introduction to Hugh Woodin's work on AD+. It will also include a proof of ADR + DC from incompatible Wadge hierarchies.
The daily schedule of this five-day course will consist of a 90-minute lecture (10:30-12:00 in Seminarraum B) and a two-hour discussion section (14-16 in Seminarraum B). Prerequisites are basic knowledge in descriptive set theory.
Every interested person (in particular every participant of the April Short Course on the Wadge Hierarchy) is cordially invited to come. The course will start with breakfast in room Be4Zi28 on October 9th at 9:00 am.
